Who does what?
The roles are intentionally simple. Contributors do not need to be in the same place or pass a physical card around.

Sets up the group card, shares the invitation link and keeps track of contributions and the deadline.

Open the invitation link and submit one text or image contribution each.

Later scans the QR code and experiences the completed group card in the browser.
What does personalised mean?

You choose a card, tag or slate product with a suitable material and design. Special design requests apply only when they are explicitly offered for that product or agreed separately.
The personal QR code
Every Monvou card, tag and slate product has its own QR code connecting it with its digital content.
The digital message
After receiving the item, you choose the suitable digital option and add your personal content.

Good to know
Does the recipient need an app?
No. The digital Monvou view opens directly in the smartphone browser after scanning.
When do I choose the digital option?
After receiving the Monvou item, when setting up the QR code. You do not need to choose text & images, an audio message, a video message or a group card during checkout.
How many people can contribute to a group card?
Up to 30 contributions are possible. Each contribution consists of text or an image; audio and video are not available inside group cards.
Can people in different countries take part?
Yes. The invitation link can be shared regardless of location. Contributors only need a current browser and an internet connection.
Who can open the finished card?
People with the QR code or result link can open the view. An optional opening PIN can provide additional access protection.
Can I change the demo cards?
No. The public examples are protected by an unpublished editing PIN. They are provided only for viewing and testing.
