Depending on the function selected after receipt, a personal card, photo, audio, video, link, group message or timed surprise may be provided.
Technical requirements
An internet connection and a current browser with a camera or QR-scanning function are required. No additional app is generally required.

Updates and security
Necessary security and compatibility updates are provided during the promised minimum availability period, insofar as they are required for the agreed use.

What is included in the delivery?
The delivery contains Metal tag with an individual QR code. The smartphone screens shown in the gallery are digital examples and are not additional physical items.
When do I choose the digital option?
You make the selection after delivery when the QR code is scanned for the first time. You do not need to choose text & images, an audio message, a video message, a group card or a personal link at checkout.
Do I need an app?
No. Setup and later viewing work directly in the browser on a smartphone, tablet or computer.
Can I redesign the message later?
Yes. The QR code stays the same while you redesign the digital content. Replaced content is permanently deleted.
How long does delivery take?
The stated delivery time is usually 3–5 Werktage. The currently applicable estimate is also shown next to the price and availability.
